THE WALK at Jumeirah Beach
The Walk at JBR, a 1.7km long retail and shopping promenade within walking distance from the Oasis Beach Tower, is Dubai's first and only outdoor retail avenue by the sea. The Walk hosts a spectrum of outlets in food and beverage, home furnishing, décor and art galleries, clothing, fashion and accessories, health and cosmetics, jewellery, culture, leisure and sports and supermarkets

 
Building Work and Renovations
The Oasis Beach Tower is located in the Dubai Marina area. Guests should be aware that several developments continue to take place in the area as skyscrapers, residential towers and office complexes take shape around the waterfront. Currently work is taking place 24 hours a day and guests will experience some noise and visual disturbance especially from lower floors.
Beach access is available for guests, who will have the option between:
Access to the public beach area where guests will be provided with beach towels and umbrellas is located approx 5-10 mins walking distance from Oasis Beach Tower. Noise and visual disturbance is to be expected in this area. A complimentary shuttle bus will transport guests to Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa where they will have complimentary beach and pool access.
