The Jumeirah Beach Hotel occupies a fantastic spot right on Jumeirah beach and is still only 30 minutes from Dubai's International airport. Overlooking the white sands of Jumeirah beach, each of the 599 rooms has fantastic views of the Arabian Sea with floor to ceiling windows.

Please remember The holy month of Ramadan for 2008 is expected to commence from 01 September until 01 October. Throughout the day the serving of alcohol will be restricted and bars will only be open from dusk. There will be no live entertainment. Please remember to respect local customs: do not eat, drink or smoke in public places during the daylight hours and dress sensibly.


Building Work

All over Dubai there are development projects taking place particularly behind and around the Beach hotels in Jumeira and Jebel Ali. Please note that all the construction sites are working 24hrs a day. Jumeirah Beach is embarking on a significant redevelopment of the children's facilities at the hotel over the coming months. The refurbishment will commence on 1 Jul 2008 and is expected to be completed by 30 Sep 2008. During the redevelopment, Sinbad's kids Club will continue to offer a full range of activities and services out of The Pavilion Sports Club. The existing marina at Jumeirah Beach will undergo a redevelopment programme from 1 Jul to 30 Sep 2008. Therefore, Marina Beach will be closed during this period. La Veranda and Waterfront restaurants will remain open for lunch and dinner, however water sports activities will be relocated to the main beach for the summer months. Development work will be conducted during daylight hours and the inital installation of the pontoon support columns will be the only significant noise disturbance.
