All inclusive offer includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main coffee shop in the hotel (Al Khor) or lunch snacks at the beach club and open bar at the main hotel and the beach club from 11:00am to 22:00pm. Alcoholic beverages are regular brands of beer, wine, whisky, vodka, gin.

| Non Refundable Rooms |

'Due to the nature of the special offer rate that the non-refundable rooms are booked under if your booking is in the non refundable room category at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel the normal cancellation fees will not apply to this booking. The cancellation charge, should a cancellation be made by the client, is the normal cancellation charge applicable shown on our terms and conditions and in addition the cost of the hotel portion of the booking, regardless as to the date the cancellation is made. The value of the deposit or full value of the holiday taken (if travelling within 8 weeks of booking) will therefore be the value of the cancellation fee, and the booking is strictly 'non refundable'

Please remember The holy month of Ramadan for 2010 is expected to commence from 10 August - 12 September. Throughout the day the serving of alcohol will be restricted and bars will only be open from dusk. There will be no live entertainment. Please remember to respect local customs: do not eat, drink or smoke in public places during the daylight hours and dress sensibly.

| Building Work and Renovations |
|
All over the the UAE there are development projects taking place particularly behind and around the Beach hotels in Jumeira and Jebel Ali. Please note that all the construction sites are working 24hrs a day.
There is currently construction work taking place near the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. A low rise shopping mall is being built in open land adjacent to the hotel, as well as staff accommodation, which is located beside the hotel. The work is being carried out every day from 8:00 till 21:00 hrs and can be viewed from some of the rooms. The hilton will endeavour to allocate guests in rooms away from the work.
Furthermore, there is some construction work taking place beside the beach club and resort. This is 3km away from the hotel, however some of the villa rooms may be affected as well as guests who wish to spend the whole day at the Beach Club. This work will also be carried out from 8:00 till 21:00 hrs.
